Magic in Canada

Scott recently visited Canada where he performed with the Toronto area magicians. Here's a quote from other magicians about that visit: "A surprise visitor from IBM Ring 199 in Raleigh, North Carolina was in our midst. Scott Shelton entertained us with some wonderful magic which had a great deal of originality to it.

A table of customers in the Madison Pub was recruited as spectators and we laughed with them and learned a few things about audience management as Scott changed a deck of playing cards into a frog and as he had one participant borrow the other's cell phone to call her husband in Nova Scotia so he could name the card reversed in the pack. Scott performed other illusions including floating a jumbo card in the Madison and later demonstrating an effect he was inventing in which he plucked a diamond from the Ace of Diamonds, crystal hearts from the two of hearts and other treasures including a gigantic cut diamond from the Ace of Spades.
